Ratification of the Agreement

Menus-app.net enables its members to order from shops online and provides a way to communicate orders to delivery shops listed on the website. This site serves as a convenient online food court linking customers with shops that offer takeaway food. Interactive menus allow customers to place orders easily.

Menus-app.net does not produce or sell food but simply enables users to search for local shops and order food for delivery. Shops are responsible for complying with local laws and standards for food preparation and safety.

Menus-app.net does not independently verify the credentials, representations, ingredients, or compliance of shops. Buyers must verify quality and reliability through the shop's information. Menus-app.net does not guarantee the quality, legality, or exact match of any food ordered. Shops may claim to meet certain standards (e.g., organic, allergen-free), but Menus-app.net does not verify these claims and is not responsible for any failure to meet buyer expectations.

How to Make an Order

After selecting your order from a shop's menu, you submit it by clicking "Checkout." Please review all details carefully before submitting, as errors cannot be corrected afterward. Once submitted, Menus-app.net begins processing and displays confirmation that your order was sent to the shop. If payment is not authorized, the service will not proceed.

Order Cancellation

You cannot cancel a food order or receive a refund if it was already accepted by the vendor, unless the cancellation is due to a fault by Menus or the vendor. If Menus cannot deliver an order because of your action, inaction, or error, Menus reserves the right to cancel without a refund.

Refunds (when applicable) are credited to your Menus Credit unless you request otherwise. Refunds may take 7–14 business days (or up to 30 days for overseas banks).

For non-food orders (e.g., groceries, electronics), cancellation and refunds comply with Kuwait's consumer protection laws.

Delivery

Available goods may vary by delivery area. Entering your delivery address will show the available vendors. Delivery areas may change due to conditions like weather or traffic. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive the order. If delivery fails because no one is available, the customer was unreachable, or access was not possible, Menus may cancel the order without refund.

Issues with Orders

If you receive the wrong, defective, or incomplete order, or if it's significantly delayed, contact customer support immediately through the app's chat. Proof (like photos) may be requested. If Menus determines the order was unsatisfactory or late, appropriate compensation may be provided.

Contactless Delivery

When selecting contactless delivery, Menus is not responsible for theft, damage, or deterioration of goods after delivery.

Visitor Material and Conduct

Any non-personally identifiable information you submit is considered non-confidential. Menus and its partners may use such material for any purpose. You are prohibited from posting illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or offensive material.

Prohibited Activities
